Teaching
Since 2011 I have taught photography.
I specialize in tutoring long-term projects and also give classes in the history of photography, image theory and aesthetics.
I am co-founder and a teacher at El Observatorio, a didactic laboratory based in Barcelona specialized in photography and visual narrative.
El Observatorio was born in 2011 and today it is a reference in the teaching of photography and in advice for the creation of documentary and narrative photographic projects. In these 11 years of experience, we have accompanied more than 200 authors in the creation of their photographic projects, designing, producing and carrying out courses focused on reflection and visual analysis or on photographic practice and experimentation. A didactic proposal designed for all levels (initial and professional) that proposes an immersion in the visual language, in the world of photographic “authorship” and in the methodology of construction of articulated visual stories.
Beyond my didactic activity at El Observatorio, I offer specialized professional advisory services in the conceptualization and tutoring of medium and long-term photographic projects.
